Job Summary
Develop and manage production schedules for semiconductor backend equipment, aligning demand with available capacity to support on-time machine delivery. Coordinate with material planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth execution, translating customer demand and engineering changes into executable plans. Monitor daily build progress, highlight variances, and drive recovery actions while maintaining accurate planning data, routings, and capacity settings in the ERP system. Synchronize with production on build priorities and configuration updates, supporting supply chain projects and continuous improvement activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in production planning, preferably within semiconductor equipment environments. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of production planning experience
- Strong understanding of scheduling, routing, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and cross-region teams
- Ability to manage dynamic priorities and maintain planning accuracy in an expanding manufacturing environment
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with ownership and urgency in driving result
