Production Planner

Create and manage the production schedule, compiling reports on the previous 24-hour adherence and forecasting the next 36-48 hours. Issue the daily schedule to internal stakeholders and mirror real-time hours in the production hall by updating shift patterns. Attend morning T1 and T2 production meetings to advise lead times based on the schedule and order book, protecting OTIF through accurate data. Manage the escalation process and maintain continuous professional development to adapt to changing situations. Work a 39-hour week minimum with additional hours as needed. Liaise with multiple departments to implement the plan and achieve customer requirements on time and in full.
