Job Summary
Create and optimize production plans based on capacity, material availability, and delivery dates. Manage production orders to ensure timely manufacturing and monitor plan-to-actual variances, initiating corrective actions for bottlenecks or schedule risks. Develop demand analyses and forecasts to support planning while coordinating changes to work instructions or technical specifications. Collaborate closely with production, logistics, procurement, and quality teams to maintain a smooth material and production flow. Analyze planning processes and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Assist in projects aimed at enhancing delivery performance and planning efficiency. This two-year contract covers a temporary replacement for parental leave at the Kempten facility within Morgan Advanced Materials' Thermal Ceramics Europe division.
Required Qualifications
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder Supply Chain Management
- Gute ERP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in JDE E1
- Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellenbereichen
- Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Prozessoptimierung
