Job Summary
Plan finished goods and sub-assemblies through production operations to align with customer requirements while monitoring activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are met. Generate contingency plans for on-time delivery, execute MRP signals based on sales orders and forecasts, and coordinate with procurement for component needs. Resolve material and capacity constraints by interfacing with various departments, review shortages and missed shipments in weekly meetings, and handle cancellation requests from Sales. Notify the production control supervisor of any overdue materials jeopardizing customer deliveries. Work in person at LNK International, Inc., with overtime available as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (business preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a production planning/material control environment
- MRP proficiency
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- In person
Desired Qualifications
- APICS classes/certification preferred
- QAD or SAP preferred
