Job Summary
Coordinate production workflow for multiple programs and products; prioritize operations to ensure customer schedules and requirements are met; create production work order documentation for release to the shop floor; manage production inventory levels, schedules, and availability of items manufactured or purchased to meet production needs; address issues to minimize disruption; obtain output information and prepare status reports; expedite flow of materials between departments; communicate with quality control, inventory, and other stakeholders; leverage knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering to identify remedial actions; maintain organized paperwork and adjust priorities for specific customer orders; collaborate with MES/ERP/BOM systems to support production planning and scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4 years working in inventory planning or materials requirements planning (MRP) or similar role in a highly technical manufacturing/production environment
