Job Summary
Production Planner role responsible for end-to-end planning for major product lines, using ERP/MRP/Kanban and other inventory control systems to balance supply with demand, create work orders for standard and non-standard products, set production priorities, review material requirements for new product introductions and ECOs, and coordinate with manufacturing, sales, shipping, and procurement to meet delivery schedules and quality goals. Requires strong communication, data analysis, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project skills; BS in relevant field or 1-3 years of planning experience; ITAR considerations.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Operations Management, Business or related field, or the equivalent of 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning. APICS Certification is desirable.
