Job Summary
Manage production planning across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the production process. Partner with stakeholders to perform capacity analysis, forecast changes, and drive Engineering Change Orders to manufacturing. Maintain critical path of BOMs, attend production status meetings, and open work orders to ensure correct cost absorption. Identify supply risks by reconciling material availability against production targets, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as necessary. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and engage teams in continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience (low volume high mix preferred) and having supported New Product Introduction and sustaining manufacturing
- Strong presentation and clear communication abilities
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, understanding of VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, tables, chart reporting, and data sorting
- Strong proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates adaptability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Motivated: enthusiastic; strives for excellence; continually seeks to improve self and company; ability and strong desire to grow with the company
- Ability to support, participate, and simultaneously drive multiple tasks and projects successfully
- APICS certification a plus
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
- Equivalent work experience
