Job Summary
Production Planning & Scheduling to drive OTIF, optimize production flow across roasting, packaging, and distribution, and lead a planning team; responsibilities include building daily/weekly/long-range schedules, aligning plans with demand and inventory targets, improving capacity and utilization, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring SQF, GMP, and HACCP compliance; supports cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and supply chain and leverages ERP/MRP systems (Fishbowl a plus) to improve forecasting and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of production planning or manufacturing experience
- 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- ERP/MRP system experience (Fishbowl a plus)
- Strong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills
