Job Summary
Take ownership of orders from machine sales, performing operational analyses to identify project requirements and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines. Gather technical and commercial information for assembly, manage relationships with external suppliers as the primary contact for coordination and procurement, and issue purchase orders while monitoring progress. Collaborate with Project Management, Assembly, and Engineering to ensure efficient workflow, and plan logistics activities including material requirements analysis and availability monitoring to support picking operations. This role is based in Bentivoglio, Italy, within the IMA BFB Division, which specializes in packaging machines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and accuracy skills
- Effective teamwork abilities and strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate across multiple functions and departments
