Job Summary
Production Planner responsible for balancing factory orders, arranging production schedules across plants, tracking delivery timelines, coordinating outsourcing or internal production to meet customer demand, and supervising production-delivery processes. Requires ERP/PLM proficiency, barcode/tracking systems, data analysis for capacity balance, strong communication and coordination, and familiarity with office software (Word, Excel). Must understand safety rules and operating instructions; aims to achieve department KPIs and maintain inventory levels of in-process and finished goods. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field; experience in planning preferred. Languages: English and/or Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain or any related field
- PRP Training
- Master ERP system integrated use, PLM, bar code systems, tracking module knowledge
- Familiar with WORD, EXCEL office software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with ERP/production tracking systems
