Job Summary
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with order forecasts, inventory levels, and shift capacity. Prioritize production runs based on delivery deadlines and adjust plans dynamically for urgent orders or equipment breakdowns. Forecast raw material requirements, coordinate with procurement, and monitor inventory to prevent shortages and spoilage while enforcing FIFO/FEFO principles. Track waste metrics, resolve operational bottlenecks, and prepare performance reports covering OTIF, capacity utilization, and inventory KPIs. Maintain audit-ready documentation for regulatory compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role sits within a leading F&B coffee company in Riyadh, focusing on factory-wide coordination and lean efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in production planning within F&B or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control principles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data-driven reporting tools
- Solid understanding of food safety, quality standards, and hygiene compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple departments
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes
