Job Summary
Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules for our UAS product lines, coordinating with supply chain to ensure material availability and on-time delivery. The role interfaces with sales, operations, QA, purchasing, and finance; manages ECO interpretations, MRP-driven work orders, and non-conformance dispositions; supports NPI and full-rate production, and ensures compliance with ITAR and contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field OR minimum 10 years’ relavant experience
- Minimum 5 years of planning or manufacturing experience in a technology environment
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Unanet) & PLM systems (e.g., Arena)
- Experience with New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Change Management processes
- Understanding of manufacturing planning principles, and ability to apply advanced planning tools
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and U.S. Government acquisition regulations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
