Job Summary
Collaborate with engineering functions to assist in project transitions, manage production schedules, and ensure final product accuracy and record completeness. Maintain serial number lists, coordinate with Materials for correct part arrival, and close final lots while verifying Final Packing and Shipping Reports. Support program management from conception through completion, adhering to all internal, customer, and regulatory requirements including ITAR compliance. Work in a hybrid office and production floor environment, regularly lifting up to 35 pounds, with potential for daily overtime and weekend coverage. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish communication skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Fully fluent in the English language in both oral and written form
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Temporary Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee
- Capability to generate, read and understand complex reports required
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards
- May be required to work daily overtime and occasional weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in Spanish language preferable
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment that is certified to ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 preferred
