Production Planner

Job Summary
Production Planner responsible for maintaining and updating daily and long-term production schedules, coordinating with production, logistics, and customer service to balance supply and demand, monitor inventory of semi-finished and finished goods, release production orders, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Must analyze sales patterns, respond to demand fluctuations, and communicate clear priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setup within a Danfoss Climate Solutions facility in Nordborg. Strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP/ERP are key; Danish and English language fluency required.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background such as Office Trainee program or AP degree or Operations and Supply Chain or equivalent
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar operational role
- Structured and systematic approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in a production environment
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system
- Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
