Job Summary
Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing at the Equipment Processing Center. Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform scheduling decisions and prioritize operations to minimize delays. Collaborate closely with Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport teams while managing 3PL performance and issue resolution. Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements to drive operational efficiencies. This role requires working onsite five days a week with a base pay of €39,300.48. As part of Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division, you will help empower communities and drive progress worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage and analyse large datasets
- Independent, structured, and collaborative team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and hard-working
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)
- This position requires working onsite five days a week
