Job Summary
Production Planner responsible for developing and maintaining executable production schedules that align scope, material availability, and labor capacity in a project-based manufacturing environment. Key duties include creating and maintaining detailed schedules at the job and operation level, updating ERP data, sequencing work across centers, identifying critical-path activities and schedule risks, coordinating material availability and constraints with Materials and Purchasing, and supporting recovery planning through resequencing and revised timing. The role supports SQDC cadence and provides planning data for daily and weekly production reviews, while aligning with Operations, Materials, and Engineering to ensure readiness and timely execution. The incumbent should possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have education in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Engineering Technology (or equivalent experience), with 3-5 years of related experience and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Syteline); APICS CPIM certification is preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing support role
- Working knowledge of production scheduling principles, job routings, and capacity considerations
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Syteline)
- Ability to coordinate across Operations, Materials, and Engineering functions
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
