Production Planner

Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet customer DIFOT targets; collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, procurement, and customer service to maintain stable, cost-effective schedules; analyse demand against capacity and adjust for variances; generate plan-versus-actual and capacity/performance reports; integrate New Product Introductions into live production with minimal disruption; maintain detailed planning records; support inventory and material flow (JIT) and schedule compliance; act as primary point of contact for manufacturing planning and scheduling on site; leverage ERP/SAP, Excel, Power BI, and MS Project to drive continuous improvement and timely execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong foundational understanding of core production planning and scheduling principles
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Power BI; experience with ERP/SAP systems
