Job Summary
Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations; collect borrower information and help complete loan applications; send and track documentation requests to ensure files are complete; review and organize borrower documents before pre-approval; provide updates to referral partners during the early loan process; assist in managing the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications; track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM; the role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, task prioritization, teamwork, and accountability, with a minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent and advantageous coursework in finance or related fields.
