Job Summary
Follow up with new leads, schedule initial consultations, and collect borrower information including financial details and employment history. Send documentation requests, review and organize files for pre-approval, and provide status updates to referral partners. Manage the Mortgage Advisor's calendar, coordinate communications, and track lead activity and pipeline progress within the CRM. Maintain accurate records of borrower interactions and ensure all documentation is properly labeled and uploaded before submission.

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of personal energy and accountability
- High school diploma or equivalent
