Job Summary
Mix catalyzed and water-based paints, inspect parts for surface preparation, and prepare components by masking, sanding, sandblasting, and filling with epoxy or polyester. Prime, laminate, glue, sand, trim, and glaze products or components, rotating through all assembly tasks rather than staying on a single permanent assignment. Paint multiple part types and colors during shifts while safely operating spray and mixing equipment in a clean environment. Notify management of inventory shortages and wear required personal protective equipment. Work 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with overtime Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Able to stand for 5 hours at a time
- Able to occasionally lift 45 lbs
- Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment needed for the position
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
