Job Summary
Operate HVLP spray guns to paint units while maintaining a productive pace set by the manager. Prepare surfaces by sanding and ensuring the paint lane remains clean, then mix paints according to supplier specifications. Monitor color accuracy, paint samples for every lot, and replace filters in the booth and oven as needed. Communicate with the manager regarding paint gun issues, air supply, quality concerns, and supply reorders. Follow safety guidelines, wear personal protective equipment, and maintain cleanliness of all tools and mixing areas. Work in a fast-paced environment within a spray booth, adhering to production schedules and manager directions.
