Production Painter (1st Shift)

Operate spray painter guns or dip tanks to apply industrial paint coatings on materials while loading, feeding, and unloading material through the paint process. Select appropriate paint coatings, set up equipment, and clean machinery to maintain proper application. Perform quality checks to ensure correct paint thickness, touch up as needed, and verify materials are labeled and scanned upon exiting the paint line. Maintain records for paint and solvent usage and actively participate in continuous improvement activities. Complete housekeeping, 5-S, and other duties as assigned.
