Job Summary
Operate and maintain production equipment on a 12-hour rotating night shift (7pm-7:30am) to meet quality standards and production rates. Set up and adjust equipment (speeds, pressures, temperatures) to ensure quality, perform quality checks, maintain 5S housekeeping, and record production data. Work safely following plant rules, collaborate with team, and identify defects on the packing line while demonstrating attention to detail and strong organizational skills; prior 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of industrial warehouse/ manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write, and perform math skills
- Steel toe shoes required
- Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled conditions, extremes of heat, humidity, and noise
- Excellent attendance
