Job Summary
Entry-level Production Packer responsible for safely operating and learning the assigned plant area, communicating how to operate and troubleshoot, supporting manufacturing through safe work practices and quality system adherence, performing minor maintenance, and actively participating in efforts to increase productivity. Emphasizes GMP and TPM participation, adherence to quality guidelines, and maintaining good attendance; overtime may be required in a production environment with exposure to noise, odors, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or General Equivalency Diploma required
- 1+ years previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Willingness to participate in training for EHS, Quality, and SOP updates
- Ability to perform minor maintenance and operate in a GMP environment
