Production Packer (All Shifts)

Assemble and pack pails or lids, correctly installing handles or triggers in a timely manner. Apply silicone to lids using a brush when required, operate the Child Warning Stamper to apply labels, and use a tape gun to assemble boxes. Follow all safety policies and procedures, identify and report non-conforming product before packing, and accurately complete production and reject paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while performing other duties as assigned. This role requires flexibility, the ability to multitask, and adherence to both written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment where PPE is mandatory.
