Job Summary
Entry-level Bean Packer I on 1st shift in Lewisburg, TN executes box-making and packing tasks, prepares boxes for packing, loads products into boxes, tapes boxes, and maintains cleanliness while following safety and quality guidelines. Supports the Production team to meet daily output goals and may participate in housekeeping duties; opportunity for permanent hire based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months of general manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to read and understand job aids and other instructional materials printed in English is preferred
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to move and manipulate products/materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to continuously pull, push, and tug materials
