Job Summary
Operate bagging, baler, shrink wrapping, and forklift machinery while maintaining established safety guidelines. Assist Shift Leads to start and stop pellet mills, move and wrap completed products, and stack bales on pallets. Communicate moisture or material problems, complete production reports, fill sample cups for quality control, and tag pallets with specific data. Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day. Work a 3/4-4/3 schedule from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with rotating full weekends off. Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment background check

- High School diploma or GED
- Forklift training
- Good eye, hand, and foot coordination
- Ability to read and interpret scales
- Mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to do simple math calculations
