Production Packaging Associate Second Shift

Job Summary
Monitor conveyor belts, clear bottle jams, and pick up dropped bottles from the production floor. Inspect bottle quality during production, packaging, and labeling, performing drop tests and immediately escalating defects to management. Operate packaging equipment, load and move materials, and replenish supply levels as needed. Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements while maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices. This entry-level role requires 2nd shift attendance with potential mandatory overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic computer experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to use hands to grasp, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach out, over and below with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and or crawl
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in an environment with moving mechanical parts
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels
- Must be able to tolerate fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold)
- Must wear Personal protective equipment (PPE)
