Production Packaging Associate

Production Packaging Associate is an entry-level role responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving material, and operating packaging equipment. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, wears PPE, maintains a clean and organized work area, monitors conveyors, clears bottle jams, inspects bottles for quality (including drop tests and labeling accuracy), escalates bottle abnormalities, monitors and replenishes packaging materials, ensures correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements, and moves finished goods to designated areas while supporting smooth shift transitions. Requires teamwork, punctuality, safety compliance, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Training includes Altium Production/Packaging Associate I within 90 days of hire. Education preferred: High School diploma or GED. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to a loud production environment.
