Job Summary
Operate packaging equipment, load and move materials, and run drop tests for bottles on designated lines. Monitor conveyor systems, clear jams, and discard defective bottles while reporting quality issues to management. Ensure proper packing adheres to customer requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices. Perform hourly inspections, maintain a clean work area, and escalate abnormalities immediately. Complete Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic computer experience
- Basic Mechanical Aptitude
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE
- Ability to work in a loud environment
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold)
- Ability to work with moving mechanical parts
