Job Summary
Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines while inspecting product quality during production, packaging, and labeling. Pick up dropped bottles, place discarded items into grinders, and ensure correct labeling and packaging in accordance with customer requirements. Maintain inventory levels, replenish supplies, and move finished goods to designated areas. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, wear correct PPE, and adhere to safety policies and general manufacturing standards. Work the 8-hour 3rd shift with possible mandatory overtime, completing required training within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic computer experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to use hands to grasp, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach out, over and below with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and or crawl
- Must be able to work in a loud environment
- Must be able to work in temperatures that fluctuate between hot and cold
- Must wear correct PPE
- Must follow safety policies
- Must follow company General Manufacturing Policies
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices
- Must be available for 3rd shift (8hr-3rd Shift)
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime
- Must be able to work in a production environment with moving mechanical parts
