Job Summary
Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams, inspect bottle quality during production and labeling, and perform drop tests for designated lines. Immediately escalate all bottle abnormalities, defects, and quality issues when found. Load, move material, and operate packaging equipment while ensuring proper packaging of materials and finished products in accordance with customer requirements. Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized, replenish packaging materials, and move finished goods to designated areas. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required. Shift is 8hr-1st Shift (3PM - 11:30PM).
Required Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic computer experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date
- Reasonable mandatory overtime
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to use hands to grasp, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach out, over and below with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and or crawl
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in an environment with moving mechanical parts
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels
- Must be able to tolerate fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold)
- Must wear Personal protective equipment (PPE)
