Job Summary
Production Operator for weekend shift stationed on-site at our Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant. The role involves efficiently operating machinery in the Aseptic department, maintaining accurate documentation, loading and securing stock, performing minor electrical/mechanical adjustments, starting up/shutting down equipment per SOPs, and adhering to SQF and HACCP guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to understand English, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training across Displays areas as needed and maintaining safe, quality-focused operations. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential for overtime and weekend work.
