Job Summary
Operate and maintain machinery to produce and assemble products in the plant, ensure production standards are met, finalize products and prepare them for shipping. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area. Apply quality instructions and specifications, monitor production or packing operations to meet quality objectives, and load/unload material. Work as a team member, sharing information, solving problems, and assisting others. Requires a High School Diploma or GED or higher and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Onsite location in Clinton, Tennessee; starting pay $21.41/hour with shift differentials; includes benefits and company programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or higher
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B)
