Job Summary
Production Operator responsible for operating and maintaining evaporators, decanters, and dryers; manage the bagging room packaging and labeling; assist with hydrolysis processes; monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates); perform routine equipment maintenance; follow GMP/SOPs and safety protocols; collaborate with team to ensure efficient, high-quality production and timely completion of tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a production worker or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining evaporators, decanters, dryers, bagging equipment, and hydrolysis systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to prioritize personal and team safety.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
