Job Summary
Production Operators are responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment in the Coat Department across Coating Machine Operations, Compounding, and Paper Reconditioning/Slitter Operations. They will follow work instructions and procedures, perform quality inspections and document production information, make routine machine adjustments, assist with material handling and production support activities, maintain clean and organized work areas, and communicate equipment, quality, and safety concerns to supervision. Successful candidates will receive training for their assigned area and must be able to work independently, follow established procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
