Production Operator

Job Summary
Production Operator responsible for executing floor and console tasks, investigating alarms, and making adjustments to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation. Performs troubleshooting, documentation under FDA and cGMP specifications, and conducts maintenance on area equipment. Mentors and trains other operators on SOPs and GMP practices; adheres to aseptic techniques when required. Maintains housekeeping and a controlled state, identifies safety hazards, issues permits, and performs lockout/tagout as needed. Works in a team-based environment with potential leadership roles; participates in coaching and continuous improvement. Requires 12-hour rotating shifts, overtime availability, and assembly of 12-hour schedules at the Augusta, GA facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or related process operation
- Provox and DeltaV experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP
