Production Operator

Production Operator duties include adhering to time-sensitive production processes, setting and maintaining processing equipment within operational parameters, reading blueprints and English instruction documents to perform designed actions, complying with safety and quality guidelines, following dispatch instructions to meet schedule changes (including hot orders), and working closely in a team to achieve target outputs with a sense of urgency. The role requires strong knowledge of circuit board terminology, experience with CNC machinery and measurement/inspection tools, and the ability to read customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents, along with basic arithmetic, the ability to lift 30 pounds, and the ability to stand for the shift. The position emphasizes a customer-focused culture and adherence to process requirements.
