Job Summary
Assemble truck seats in a Just in Time (JIT) work environment by reading, comprehending, and adhering to standard work instructions while maintaining 5S and "World Class Housekeeping" standards. Participate in team meetings to understand performance goals and objectives, and follow all company rules and policies. Perform all other duties assigned, including flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and any shift as needed. This role requires standing, walking, and reaching for up to 12 hours daily, with lifting capabilities up to 40 pounds occasionally. Candidates must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test. High School Diploma or GED is required. Lear Corporation offers a starting pay of $19.00 per hour with rapid progression, union representation through UAW Local 3055, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and quarterly bonuses.
