Production Operator - Tapes

Production Operator on the Manufacturing floor responsible for starting, troubleshooting, and safely operating production equipment (including industrial blenders) to meet established production schedules. Roles vary by level (I, II, III) based on experience and ability to independently troubleshoot machine issues, with emphasis on achieving efficient cycles, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Duties include operating and maintaining machines, inspecting products per quality standards, following work orders, recording production data, ensuring equipment is clean and calibrated between runs, reporting malfunctions, and contributing to continuous improvement and ISO-compliant procedures. Strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, flexibility, attention to detail, and adherence to safety rules. No formal education required and no prior experience required for the role as described.
