Job Summary
Conduct cable fabrication, crimping, and soldering for data, power, and RF assemblies including RG-58, RG-6, and Heliax types. Assemble electronic subassemblies, integrate modules into top-level systems, and follow blueprints and schematics to meet quality standards. Inspect own work on mechanical and cable components while applying Lean principles. Requires US citizenship, high school graduation, and flexibility for overtime and alternate shifts.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- High school graduate
- May be required to lift/move heavy parts and/or equipment weighing up to 55 pounds
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Flexibility to support production schedule requiring working overtime hours and alternate shift hours
- Understands and demonstrates Lean principals/practices
