Job Summary
Production Operator on Swing Shift responsible for operating equipment, assembling materials, inspecting products for defects, loading/unloading raw materials, and supporting continuous improvement; must work well independently and with a team, communicate effectively, and follow instructions in English. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 4 PM–2:30 AM at the Ferndale facility; requires physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds; prior manufacturing experience and attention to detail preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Attention to Detail-documentation oriented processes
