Production Operator

Production Operator at Sika responsible for operating state-of-the-art mixers, pumping and tinting equipment, following batch processes from start to finish, recording batch information, taking samples, and ensuring safe, compliant production. Duties include handling materials with forklifts, participating in confined space entry activities with body harness and extraction system, contributing to corrective actions, and supporting other production areas as needed. Key skills include operating automatic/semi-automatic machines, performing basic electrical/continuity testing, soldering (asset), preparing workstations, ensuring proper labeling and packaging, and maintaining compliance with policies and labor laws. Must be able to lift up to 80-90 pounds (up to 150 pounds pull/push) and wear PPE including respirators; HS diploma or GED required. 401k with match, comprehensive benefits, parental leave, PTO and holidays, education assistance, and professional development opportunities offered.
