Job Summary
Production Operator needed at our Rantoul, IL location for 2nd or 3rd shift to wash and repair plastic seed bin containers using hand tools and plastic welding equipment. Responsibilities include evaluating seed bins to determine repairs, washing bins with power sprayers, cutting out replacement sections, plastic welding, diagnosing equipment problems and communicating with maintenance, coordinating with team for safety and efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidate should have mechanical aptitude, ability to convert units, strong problem solving, and lead-by-example in safety and ownership; plastic welding experience is a plus.
