Job Summary

Production Operator on second shift at Mate Precision Technologies. Operate saws, sandblasting and chemical treatment, and urethane production; become SME in one primary area while cross-training to support at least one additional process area. Responsibilities include operating multiple saws, cutting and preparing raw materials, monitoring production schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating ovens and manual machines, mixing and pouring urethane materials, inspecting finished products for quality, and using equipment such as drill presses, punch presses, EDM hole-popping machines, arbor presses, forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead hoists. Participate in basic machine setup and troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts like 5S and Kaizen. On-the-job training provided. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred; ability to read work instructions, SDS sheets, and equipment manuals; strong English communication; ERP experience (Oracle or Factivity) a plus; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to wear PPE.
