Job Summary
Operate production equipment in a SQF/GMP environment to meet food safety, product quality, and efficiency standards. Follow SOPs and GMPs, perform routine quality checks (AQL), record production data, and adhere to LOTO and safety procedures. Report hazards, collaborate with Team Lead and maintenance, maintain equipment readiness, manage downtime and changeovers, ensure proper inventory/documentation, and maintain housekeeping and safety. Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork while meeting daily production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years related experience (implied by description)
- English fluency
