Job Summary
Operate food processing/production or packaging equipment in the gelatin plant to manufacture products according to production and quality standards. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Respond to process upsets and alarms, monitor and document output quality, adhere to food safety practices, maintain daily production records, and perform routine cleaning.
Required Qualifications
