Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment on rotating night shift (7:30 PM–7:30 AM) in a fast-paced plant environment. Follow OSHA/EHS guidelines and SOPs to produce quality products, perform in-process/lab testing, manage batch sheets, and handle hazardous materials. Perform preventive maintenance, operate a forklift, complete maintenance work orders, and participate in cross-functional plant activities. Maintain accurate documentation, support cycle counts, incident reporting, and strive for 5S workplace organization while collaborating with fellow operators to meet plant objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus, but not required.
