Job Summary
Operate blending equipment, vessels, and batch controls while receiving raw materials and loading/dispatching bulk and packaged fertiliser from the EASY Liquids plant. Load and unload trucks, use a forklift to transfer products into mixers or hoppers, and complete basic quality checks and delivery paperwork. Maintain a safe workplace with a zero-harm mindset by keeping equipment and work areas clean. This hands-on role supports Ridley's agricultural industry leadership in Whitton, NSW, offering on-the-job training and opportunities to develop skills in chemical manufacturing and distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Able to obtain a security clearance/security sensitive explosives licence
- Able to work day-shifts and overtime as required
- Open to applicants with unrestricted Australian work rights only
- Complete standard work-ready checks (including drug and alcohol testing)
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift (LF) licence – desirable (training can be supported)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit for manual, repetitive tasks
- Reliable and keen to learn
- Basic computer skills
