Job Summary
Production Operator- Replenisher at Berjé Inc. responsible for correct transfer, weighing, labeling, scanning, and locating materials to maintain a kanban system for dispensing raw materials used by compounders. Reports to Production Manager/Fragrance. Responsibilities include monitoring Kanban stock in MES to replenish materials, retrieving QC-approved stock, inspecting materials (product lot, color, odor), coordinating with Material Handlers to pull materials, labeling containers, ensuring container integrity, accurate pouring of raw materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, complying with GMP and SQF procedures, reporting problems to management, and performing other production-related tasks. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer use, at least two years of production experience in related roles, English proficiency, ability to lift approximately 50 lbs, overtime flexibility, and proficiency with basic computer and measurement tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Math and use of computers
- Minimum two years of production experience as an Order Filler, Material Handler, or Compounder
- Experience in the Flavor & Fragrance Industry (utility or equivalent)
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift/carry ~50 lbs for 8–10 hours daily
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work in a production environment
